Chief Quality Officer for Ambulatory Care Boston Children’s Health Physicians

Dr. Kaseta has served as a pediatrician and managing partner at Washingtonville Pediatrics since 1999. Dr. Kaseta was instrumental in the design and construction of Washingtonville Pediatrics 11,000 square-foot medical facility. In addition to providing pediatric care to her patients at Washingtonville Pediatrics, Dr. Kaseta is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice. In 2013, Dr. Kaseta created the Health and Wellness Counseling Center, making Washingtonville Pediatrics a place where each patient and family is provided not only the best pediatric medical care but also excellent psychological care and social support.

Dr. Kaseta simultaneously holds the role of Chief Quality Officer for Ambulatory Care for Boston Children’s Health Physicians. As the healthcare industry continues the transformation from pay-for-performance to value-based purchasing, Dr. Kaseta works closely with CWPW primary care providers and sub-specialists on a variety of ambulatory initiatives designed to improve performance and achieve high quality outcomes and results across CWPW. Dr. Kaseta’s goal is to establish a culture of quality through collaboration with leaders, physicians, clinical, and non-clinical staff which leads to outstanding patient care and high levels of customer / patient satisfaction.
Dr. Kaseta received her medical degree and performed her Pediatric Residency and Chief Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center and their affiliated hospitals in the Bronx. In May 2015, she completed a Master’s Degree in Medical Management at the Heinz School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. In July 2015, Dr. Kaseta completed the Certifying Commission in Medical Management program and is credentialed as a Certified Physician Executive (CPE). Dr. Kaseta is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, New York Medical College. She resides in Orange County with her husband and four children.
